8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup chopped salami
4 oz. provolone cheese
1/2 cup chopped roasted peppers
1/2 cup drained and chopped green olives
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Using a spatula, spread the mixture into a pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Cool slightly, serve with crackers or corn chips.
