1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
½ Tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper
1 cup mayonnaise — not light or low fat
½ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp sliced ripe olives
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, green chilies, cheese, and jalapeno pepper. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Transfer to ungreased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with olives; serve with tortilla chips. May also be kept warm in a crockpot.
