Personal Notes:
As the fall sets in and the summer winds down, we tend to get back into routines. I love a day to myself and actually crave it from time to time....My alone time is when I paint, write, clean and organize 'stuff', listen to music, read, and watch sappy Hallmark movies while cooking up a delicious 'something'.....I enjoy the freedom of the day to do whatever moves me and I capture myself back from others' demands on my time, talent and willingness to be that giver!

So today was my 'Hallmark' stroganoff...a twist on the traditional favorite....The house smells of blended flavors, some meeting each other for the first time, like the olives and ginger, for example. I enjoy experimenting with beloved flavors and seeing how they lift the rich taste of a simple dish.
