1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of butter
2 Tbsp. of light corn syrup
12-14 slices of french bread
6-7 beaten eggs
11/2- 1 3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 pint of fresh raspberries or frozen and thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and corn syrup in pan over heat; Cook until thickened. Do not burn.

Pour mixture into 9 x13 baking dish
lace half of bread on top of mixture
Place a thin layer of berries on top of bread
Place remaining bread on top

Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and beat
Pour over bread
Cover and chill overnight

Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes
