Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 bacon strips, diced

1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed

2 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil, divided

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 envelope Ranch Salad Dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook bacon over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until partially cooked (about medium). Transfer bacon pieces onto a paper towel to soak up the grease.

Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Brush with 1 Tbsp oil.

Cut bread into 1 inch pieces and place in large bowl. Add bacon, cheese, ranch dressing mix and rest of oil. Toss to coat.

Arrange pieces in a 9x5 oval baking pan (such as a bread or loaf pan), layering the dough pieces as needed.

Cover and let rise in a warm dry place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. I like to drape a light dish drying towel over the top and place on top of the stove, so long as you are not going to be using the burners.

Bake at 350º in a Pre-Heated oven for about 15 minutes. Cover with Reynolds Non Stick Tin Foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes longer, or until top is a golden brown.

Serve up with some scrambled eggs...Yum-O!!
