Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 (0.7 ounce) package of DRY Italian-style salad dressing mix ( I use Good Seasons Italian)
1 (1 ounce) package of DRY Ranch Salad Dressing mix ( I use Hidden Valley Ranch)
1 (0.75 ounce) package of DRY brown gravy mix (I use McCormick Au Jus Gravy)
1 3 pound beef chuck roast
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk together the water, garlic powder, Italian salad dressing mix, Ranch salad dressing mix, and brown gravy mix together in a bowl until smooth. Place the roast into Slow Cooker, and pour the sauce over top. Cook on low until roast is easily pulled apart with a fork, 6 to 8 hours. You can place raw vegetables (baby carrots, sliced onions, medium white potatoes) over the roast during last 3 hours of cooking time. This is a great dish for working mothers to fix in the morning and have ready for dinner that night.
It is also great with mashed potatoes or rice.
