Potato (1-2)
Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Deep Fryer

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and water in a bowl until the consistency is smooth and runny batter

Peel & Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch rings
Dip potato slices in flour batter
Place in deep fryer (chip pan)where oil has been heated
Let Potato slices float for 30 - 45 sec the turn and let float again until golden brown
Remove and drain on paper towel
Serve hot with choices of salt, vinegar, ketchup or sweet thai chili dip
