1 ½ cups +2 TBSP flour
1 TBSP sugar
½ tsp salt
1 stick butter (chilled & cut into ¼” pieces)
2 TBSP shortening
3-6 TBSP ice water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add butter and shortening. Mix by “cutting” into the flour and add ice water. When dough can be molded into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out on a well floured surface or between sheets of plastic wrap.
