1 lb ground beef
1 large onion
1 jar ragu spaghetti sauce
1 package of shredded cheddar / mozzarella
1 container cottage cheese
lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef (set aside when browned)
Brown diced onion
Boil lasagna noodles (as per package directions)

In a baking / pyrex dish (13 X 9)
layer noodles, ground beef, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, sauce (repeat 3 more layers)
Cover with foil (spray foil with non stick spray)

Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour (uncover for last 15 mins)
Let stand 10 - 15 mins, cut and serve
