6 Cups Beef Broth
Dry Wheat or Buckwheat Lo Mein Noodles (4-6 serving bundles)
3 TBSP Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
2 TBSP Honey
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp Ground Garlic

In a pot, add beef broth and bring to a rolling boil. Gently add noodles and reduce heat. Let simmer 6-8 minutes or until tender and plump. Use tongs to fish the noodles out into a collander and rinse with cold water.
In a Skillet, add sauces and spices, then whisk until fully incorporated. Add noodles. Heat slowly to a boil (about 10 minutes) As it thickens, stir every so often to make sure sauce in on all the noodles.
Set out 4-6 bowls and half fill them with the beef broth from the pot. Using the tongs, divide the noodles between the bowls of broth. You can also pour a little of the sauce from the skillet into the bowls as well if you want a stronger flavor.
