1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
4 oz slices fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 T extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup lime juice
1 avocado, slice into bite size pieces
Pita Chips

Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except avocado) in a bowl. Chill for at least 15 minutes. Stir in avocado just before serving.

Serve with pita chips
