Pumpkins seeds - raw
Soak seeds overnight in salt water.

Directions:
Directions:
Dry on towels for a couple hours. Do not use paper towels as they still stick to the towel.

Turn oven on to 350º and melt 1/4 c butter in cake pan.
Add pumpkin seeds and stir.
Sprinkle with popcorn salt lightly over seeds. Stir.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
They are done when they are golden brown and the butter has soaked into the seed.

Recipe came from the kids school. Used popcorn salt and everyone ate them. Tried garlic powder and no one ate them.

Newspaper article: To roast pumpkin seeds: Wash seeds. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Stir occasionally. Roast plain or sprinkle with salt.
