2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar

2-4 loaves thin sliced bread

½ c. cinnamon
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Blend first 3 ingredients together.

Remove crust from all bread. Melt 1 ½ sticks butter in bowl or deep plate. Mix 2 cups sugar and ½ cup cinnamon in a bowl or plate.

Flatten bread with rolling pin. Spread 1 tsp cheese mixture on each, roll up. Roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon/sugar. Lay on cookie sheet, freeze overnight. Will keep well in freezer in ziplock bag.

Bake 350º 15-20 min.

I usually have enough mixture to make 4 loaves of thin sliced bread.

Recipe from Maureen Winkel.
