Crust:
¾ cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 sm. pkg, vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
½ cup milk

1 large can of sliced peaches in syrup

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
½ cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. of reserved peach syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into greased 10 inch pie pan. Drain large can of peaches and reserve liquid. Arrange peach slices in a circular pattern on top of the crust. Beat cream cheese, sugar & 3 Tbsp. of peach juice in bowl until smooth. Then drop spoonful's of topping mix on top of the peaches, but keep one inch from sides of dish, as topping mix will spread. Sprinkle the top with a little bit of sugar & cinnamon.
