4 - Large Vidalia Onions Thinly Sliced
2 - Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce (To Taste...)
12 - Cups of Beef Broth
6 - Tablespoons of Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 - 5 oz Bag of Seasoned Croutons
8 - Slices of Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lightly saute the thinly sliced onion in 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan until they are tender and golden
2. In a medium stock pot, begin to boil the 12 cups of beef broth with 4 tablespoons of butter and salt and pepper
3. Add in the onions and simmer for 45 minutes
4. Serve in a bowl with croutons and cover with a slice of provolone cheese
5. Broil soup within the individual bowls until the cheese melts and bubbles.
