5 lbs. chicken wings
1 tsp salt
2 Tsp vegetable oil
1 cup wing sauce
1 tsp black pepper
2Tsp hot sauce
1½ cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
To the bowl of wings add salt, pepper, hot sauce, and oil. Toss to coat evenly. Add flour to large plastic bag (shopping bag) and pour in the chicken wings. Then twist the top of the bag closed and shake vigorously to coat all wings. Cover 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with canola oil. Place wings evenly on the pans then spray wings lightly
with canola oil. Bake the chicken wings in a 400-degree preheated oven for 30 min. Remove from oven and turn over each wing. place in oven for 30 min. or until golden brown and coating is getting crispy. transfer to large mixing bowl and toss with 1 cup of wing sauce. Transfer to plates and allow to cool 5-10 minutes.
