1½ cup flour
⅔ cup sugar
½ yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix all the wet ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
