1 lb. peeled deviened shrimp
5 cloves garlic crushed
4 tbsp olive oil
2 dried red chili peppers
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried basial
1 cup sun dried tomatoes
3 tbsp pine nuts
1 box Linguini

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add crushed garlic, pine nuts, dried peppers, and salt. (for spicer dish, crush one or both peppers)

Heat until garlic is translucent but not browned.
Add Shrimp, lemon juice and tomatoes, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 5 min stiring once.

Stir in basil and butter, cover and leave on low heat while cooking Linguini per instructions on box.

Remove any uncrushed red peppers, pour sauce over linguini in large ziploc bag or covered bowl and toss .

While not quite as good, using frozen peeled deveined shrimp greatly speeds prep time. (Thawed per pakage instructions)

If you can not find dried red chili peppers, crushed red peper can be used. (1/8 to 3/4 tsp)
