2 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained (or frozen)
2 cans cream corn
4 cps. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1 Rotisserie chicken, cut in pieces
1 12oz. can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrots, potatoes, onion, broth and seasonings in crockpot. Cook on low 5 hours. Add corn and chicken and cook on high 2 more hours. Mix cornstarch into milk and stir into chowder. Add butter and cook until melted and thickened.
