1 tablespoon oregano, minced
2 tablespoons scallion, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
½ cup rice vinegar
½ cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
½ cup soy sauce

Directions:

Add the ingredients into a mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
The dressing can remain in the fridge for 1–2 weeks.
Pour over your favorite salad ingredients and enjoy!
