3 lbs. Boneless Country Style Ribs
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Flou
1 Can Mexican Style Tomatoes Undrained
4 Lg. Cans Chopped Green Chilies
1 Lg. White Onion
10 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 tsp. Heaping, Cumin
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs in a skillet with small amount of oil. Coat the ribs generously with flour and place in the slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for st least 8 hrs. Break up the meat using tongs and then stir well. Cover and cook on low for 1 hr longer to thicken. Serve in or on tortillas.
