Papa only like using salt and pepper on his ribs as he would cook them over the fireplace on Saturday nights. Low and slow, he loved dipping in this sauce. Mama would serve with toast points and pickles. Chico would be there to get the bones. While Megan was teething, papa would hand her a bone to chew on. That's when Megan named him Bone and he was so proud of that name and when he was asked on his bus tours why he was called Bone, he would proudly tell them.
