4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 lb. smoked sausage links, sliced
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Tony's creole seasoning
1 tsp. each of thyme and oregano
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 cp. rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in slow cooker except shrimp and rice. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Add shrimp and rice and cook another hour until rice is done.
