1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 rounded tablespoons flour
1 can cream of shrimp soup (or Lobster soup)
1 cup half 'n half
1/2 to 3/4 cup white wine
1 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 lb. crab meat or scallops
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
seasoned salt
pepper
chopped parsley
Kaiser rolls (one for each person)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet, adding garlic salt. Saute onions and mushrooms until tender. Sprinkle with flour. Add shrimp soup, half 'n half and 1/2 cup white wine (more to taste). When slightly thickened, add raw shrimp and crab or scallops. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
simmer in covered pan until thickened and shrimp are not pink.
Ladle shrimp fondue into prepared puff pastry cups. Serve.
