1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c cornstarch
pinch salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water
3 eggs
1 c milk
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, cornstarch & salt in a med sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients except wafers & bananas and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. (about 7 minutes). Let cool while preparing wafers (leaving some whole) and bananas.
Crumble vanilla wafers in the bottom of casserole dish. Layer sliced bananas over wafers. Pour 1/2 of pudding over bananas and repeat layer. Place whole wafers over top to garnish
