2 C. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkg. (small) strawberry jello
1 C. powdered sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 C. crushed pineapple, drained
1 C. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Save 1/4 C. of dissolved jello to be used for topping. Mix bananas, strawberries and pineapple into the dissolved jello. Congeal mixture in refrigerator.
Topping: Add powdered sugar and vanilla to softened cream cheese. Beat whipping cream and add to cream cheese mixture. Add 1/4 c. remaining dissolved jello. After dissolved jello is congealed firmly, spread topping mixture on congealed jello. sprinkle pecans on top of cream cheese topping.
