4 oz butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
Orange rind (zest)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one by one, beating each in well. Then add grated rind of orange, flour and juice separately. Bake in a deep pan.
