Notes: After making the uber chocolate brownies for so long, I wanted to change up a bit for family members who couldn't (or just really shouldn't) have all that sugar. Banana breads, gingerbread and applesauce cakes have long been part of my baking history. So when I started to experiment with using Splenda, this was a perfect fit. Also, I love the look of the bundt cake and the smell of the baking cake is sooo nice. Fills the house.
And like the brownies, I alter the ginger, cinnamon and ground clove measurements to suite the crowd. These measurements are pretty standard. For some I almost double the spices.
