Ingredients: 1 & 1/4 cup of almond flour / taza de harina de alemendra
1 tsp of baking powder/cucharadita de royal
1/4 tsp salt/ sal
half of stick of room temperature butter / media barra de mantequilla (al tiempo)
1 cup of cheddar cheese / taza de queso cheddar
4 eggs / huevos
chopped 1-2 jalapeños (the ones from the can)/ chiles en vinagre picados

Directions: In a bowl put 1 & 1/4 cup of almond flour, 1 tsp of baking powder,1/4 tsp salt Mix then add half of stick of room temperature butter and 1 cup of cheddar cheese mix well I used a fork in a separate bowl scramble 4 eggs then add to mixture the chopped jalapeño and a squirt of the jalapeño juice. Mix add put in greased 12 muffin pan in a PREHEATED 400º DEGREE OVEN FOR AROUND 12 MINUTES. Let them rest like for 10 minutes so they can firm up !!!
Pre calienta el horno a 400º. Mexcla la harina,royal y sal despues pon la mantequilla y el queso yo use un tenedor para mezclar bien y revuelve. En otro bowl revuelve los 4 huevos y agrega a la mezcla hecha chiles y un poco jugito. En grasa bien molde para panecitos (12) y agrega mezcla con una cuchara. Cocina por unos 12 minutos deja reposar 10 minutos despues de sacarlos del horno. |
