2 61/2 oz. cans tuna
2 reg. Loaves unsliced bread
1 C. Mayonnaise
1T. Minced onion, instant
1T. Curry powder
Soft butter
Paprika for sprinkling
Waxed paper

Directions:
Directions:
The day before: combine tuna, mayo, onion and curry powder. Trim crusts from bread and cut into 5 1/2 inch slices lengthwise. Spread all ten slices with butter and each with two round tablespoons of tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Start at narrow end and roll up. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate. Next day: cut each roll crosswise into 6-7 slices. Broil, turning once. Or can be baked at 350 degrees for about ten minutes. Note: triple recipe makes 200, uses almost 3/4 lb. butter. Can also use canapé sliced loaves of bread.
