3 tbsp Yest
1Cup warm water

3 cups milk
2 sticks of butter (melted in milk)
1/2 cup oil

1 cup sugar
1tsp salt

Add more flour until it resembles cake flour

6 eggs

In a cup of warm water add Yest until set a said


Milt butter in milk in microwave at 30 sec at a time
Put in stand mixer
Add oil
Add yest

Add sugar and salt to mixture

Add more flour until mixture looks like cake

Add eggs
Add more flour until firm

Let rise about 2 hours
