1 pkg Pillsbury© Lemon Cake Mix
2 c. Cool Whip© (or your choice of brand), thawed
1 egg
½ c. powdered sugar, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg in large bowl. Stir until well mixed. (If you like a more tart or lemony taste, add some lemon zest.)
Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll to coat.
Place 1½ inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from baking sheets and cool.
