8 slices bread, cubed (remove crust)
1 lb cubed ham
7 large or 8 medium eggs, slightly beaten
2 2/3 C milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp melted butter
16 oz Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 pan.
Place bread cubes and ham in the pan.
Top with cheese
Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
Pour this over cheese.
Pour butter on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
