Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Truffles:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla

Icing:
2 lb bag of confectioners sugar
1 c white crisco
1/4 to 1/2 c water
1 tsp flavoring (vanilla, almond, etc.)

Truffles:
Mix on medium heat for 4 minutes- milk, cocoa, and butter, stirring constantly (may use a double boiler). After 4 minutes, add vanilla. Refrigerate 3-4 hours.

Icing:
Beat for 5 minutes *start with 1/4 c water
You wan the consistency of toothpaste. If too thick after 5 minutes, add more water.
Store in an airtight container (do not refrigerate).
