2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Garlic (Minced)
2 Tsp Grey Salt
1 Tbsp Old Bay
1 Lb Rock Shrimp
½ Cup Bread Crumbs (Italian Flavor)
½ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs)
2 Sub Rolls
Romaine Lettuce (or lettuce of your choosing)
2 Tbsp Butter
6 Tbsp Olive/Peanut Oil
¼ Cup Mayonaise
¼ Cup Cocktail Sauce
⅛ Cup Tartar Sauce
Siracha (Optional)

In a bowl mix eggs, ½ of the following: garlic, Grey Salt, Old Bay. Add Shrimp and let marinate for about 30 minutes.

BREAD CRUMBS
Take all bread crumbs and the rest of the garlic, grey salt and Old Bay and mix together; then take the rock shrimp and coat in this mixture. Let sit for a minimum of 60 minutes in the refrigerator before frying/sauteing.
Take the butter and oil and heat it before adding the shrimp.

MAYO SAUCE
In a separate bowl take the mayonnaise, cocktail, tartar and Siracha sauce (optional on the siracha as it is very hot!) and mix all together then put in refrigerator to chill.

SUB ROLLS
Take the sub rolls, split them half way (not all the way through) and lightly toast; set aside till the shrimp have been fried and are ready to be assembled in the sub roll.

ASSEMBLY
Take the mayo mixture and slather the sub rolls, add the romaine lettuce followed by the fried rock shrimp and enjoy!
