1 pkg. dry 15 bean soup mix with seasoning packet
8 cps. chicken or vegetable broth
1 leftover ham bone with some meat still on
1 diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Rinse beans and place in crockpot with other ingredients. Cook over night (8 hours).
