Ingredients:  
5lb Beef Roast
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 medium Onion chopped
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 tsp Rosemary
1\4 tsp Thyme
1 cp Beef Broth
1 10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom
2 tbsp Worchershire Sauce
2 strips of Bacon (cut in half)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of Roast Beef
2. Pat Flour on both sides of Roast Beef
3. Sear on both sides for 5 minutes on both sides
4. Remove Roast from pan; add Bacon and onions
5. Saute until translucent
6. Pour over Roast in crock pot
7. Add rest of ingredients to pan; heat and mix well
8. Pour over Roast
9. Cook for 8 hours on high
