5 Chicken breasts boiled and diced
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup melted butter
4 cups (2 cans) cream of chicken soup (see homemade cream of chicken soup recipe)
2 cups stuffing
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Combine butter and stuffing in bowl. Mix well.
3. Place 1/2 stuffing mix in greased 9x13 pan (enough to cover bottom)
4. Combine chicken, broth and soup in large bowl. Mix Well.
5. Spoon chicken soup mixture over stuffing in pan.
6. Top chicken with remaining stuffing mixture.
7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
