1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tbs cornmeal
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. In a small bowl blend sugar and cornmeal
3. Pour butter into sugar/cornmeal blend
4. Mix in eggs, vinegar, and vanilla.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Pour into pie shell.
7. Bakes for 1 hour
