1 Package Oreo Cookies
4 tsp Sugar
6 T Butter
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart sherbet
1 C Sugar
6 T Butter
4 T Lemon Juice
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
1. Crush the Oreos and mix sugar and melted butter. Save 1/3 cup for top of dessert. Spread the rest in a 9x13 pan.
Filling:
1. Let ice cream and sherbet soften slightly and mix well with an electric mixer. Spread on crust. Place in freezer until topping is made and ready.
Topping:
1. Mix the sugar, butter, lemon juice and 3 beaten eggs. Cook until thick and let cool before spreading on dessert.
Sprinkle with remaining Oreo topping. Freeze until serving.
