1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
1 pound crabmeat
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. wonton wrappers (50-55 wrappers)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except the wrappers and mix well.
2. While preparing wontons, keep unused wrappers covered with a damp towel or plastic wrap.
3. Place 1 teaspoon filling in each wrapper; fold corners together in center and pinch to seal.
4. Deep fry wontons in hot vegetable oil for 30 seconds, turning occasionally to promote browning.
5. To reheat, bake in 425º F. oven for 5 minutes.
