8 tsp. sugar
8 tbsp. (1 stick) frozen butter
1⅓ cups buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the flour and sugar together. Shred the butter (with a cheese grater) into the flour mixture. Stir to coat evenly. Pour the buttermilk into the flour mixture. Stir until sticky.

2. Grease a square pan. Put all-purpose flour on a plate or shallow pan. Scoop evenly sized balls (about the size of 2 golf balls) and place in the flour. Pick up each ball individually and toss to dust and shape. The key words are "toss", "dust" and "shape". You don't want to roll them around in your hands. Just toss them lightly back and forth in your hands. Place each one side by side in the greased square pan.

3. Bake at 425ºF for 25 min. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Bake 5 more minutes to brown the tops.
