1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lite brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
spoon fruit evenly down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cinnamon. Roll up and place, seam side down in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
In saucepan, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring contently, 3 minutes. Pour over enchiladas, let stand 30 minutes. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
