2 pkg. (1 lb. each) wide egg noodles
½ C. butter
¼ C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
5-6 C. milk
1 - 2lb. Velveeta©, cubed

Toopping:
½ C. dry bread crunbs
2 T. butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease a large baking dish or a 9 X 13" baking pan.
2. Cook egg noodles and drain.
3. Melt butter and stir in seasoning and milk. Heat on low and add cubed Velveeta until melted. Gradually add flour,
stirring constantly.
4. Gently combine cheesiy sauce mixture with the cooked egg noodles.
5. Pour in to the prepared casserole dish.
6. Sprinkle the dry bread crumbs on top and drizzle the 2 T. melted butter over the bread crumbs. (May omit this step)
7. Bake at 350º F. for 30-45 minutes or until edges begin to brown and get bubbly.
