2 T. Butter
2T. Flour
3/4 c. Milk
1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. Sugar
3 T. Hot water
3 eggs
1/2 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, and pour onto milk gradually while stirring constantly. Cook until boiling point is reached. Melt chocolate in small saucepan over hot water, stirring until smooth. Combine mixtures, and add yolks of egg, well be Amen. Cool. Stir in whites of eggs, beaten stiffly, and vanilla. Turn into a small buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or at 310 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. DO NOT PEEK !
