1 head Napa Cabbage, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Dressing
2 tbs. soy sauce
1/4 cider vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp ground ginger. I used pre-chopped ginger. You can find it in the fresh produce department.

Directions:

In a small saucepan combine soy sauce, cider vinegar, sugar, canola oil, pepper and ground ginger and simmer briefly until sugar melts. Remove from heat and refrigerate.

In a large salad bowl toss the sliced cabbage with the chilled dressing and the sesame seeds and sliced almonds
