2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese or 1/2 lb velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour and cook until creamy and slightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheese and mix until melted. Season to taste.
