1½ lbs. round steak
1½ tsp. seasoned salt
1½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
1½ tsp. onion powder
¼ c worchestershire sauce
¼ c. soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat. Cut meat into ⅛-¼'' strips. Combine seasoning and sauces. Marinate overnight. Lay each strip on parchment lined cookie sheet. Dry at 150ºF for 6-8 hours. Put a towel in oven door to let steam out.
