1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
2 T. oil
2 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. seasoned salt
1 1/2 t. dried oregano
1 1/2 t. ground cumin
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 medium red pepper, julienned
1/2 medium green pepper, julienned
4 green onions, sliced thin

In large resealable plastic bag combine chicken, oil, and spices. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1-4 hours. In a large skillet saute vegetables in 2 T. oil. Cook until crisp-tender. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet, cook chicken and marinade over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Return vegetables to pan with chicken and heat through.
