7 Slices Bacon, Diced
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/3 C Half and Half
4 oz. Bleu Cheese - Crumbled
2 Th. Chopped Fresh Chives
3 Tb. Chopped Smokehouse Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook Bacon about 7 min. and drain fat. Add garlic cook 3 min. Beat Cream Cheese until smooth. Add Half-and-Half and beat until combined. Fold in bacon/garlic, Bleu cheese, and chives. Put into 2 cup baking dish, cover with foil, and bake 30 min. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve with crackers.
